Colliers is pleased to announceNational Property Holdingshosted their grand opening for Republic Business Center located at 11333 North Gessner Road in Houston, Texas. The event was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Republic Business Center is a 157 acre, master-planned industrial development situated in Houston's northwest distribution submarket near the crossroads of Highway 249 and the Sam Houston Parkway. The property features superb amenities such as newly constructed traffic signals, private roads, regional detention, offsite water, and a wastewater extension. The project is nearing its completion with its tenants Amazon and The Home Depot bringing more than 1,000 new jobs to the area.

Republic Business Center is located in Houston's Hwy 290/Tomball Parkway industrial submarket. The submarket has 30 million square feet of industrial inventory which is 85% occupied. The submarket's average asking rental rate is $7.75 per square foot.
