Yoga for Sleep with Rosie Acosta. A 45min Yoga Flow class with 20min of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is the practice of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a ‘revolving of consciousness dedicated to creating a deep state of rest and a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.
You can go there again and again, each time rejuvenating the body, releasing old hurts and destructive patterns and anchoring yourself in peace. It will enable you to grow that glimmer of experience into a flame, transforming your life.
