He was born on August 8, 1951, to William and Lois (Boeder) Pankow. Tom began his education helping his uncles on their farm, attended Lebanon and Ashippun schools, and graduated from Oconomowoc High School in 1969. He went to Moraine Park Technical College for mechanics and worked at the Ford Tractor Dealership for many years. Tom also owned his own contracting business. Larry Gene Isaacs was born on October 6, 1948 in Iron Mountain, MI to Elmer and Leona (Timmer) Isaacs.
